With so many dietary options and various considerations that effect health in general, it is very helpful to have a trained mentor to help navigate with you towards your health goals. That means we do an initial assessment through our health history consult and then begin to set your personal goals which will take time to experiment with and make changes in your daily lifestyle. Therefore, we look to further engage in an extended relationship by scheduling several regular appointments to assure that progress is being made and allow for readjustments to the goals as needed. The whole process should be a self learning encounter that allows you to develop your own understanding of how to maintain sustained well-being in your life.
